Why Coaching?
I believe healing doesn’t always require diagnosis or a treatment plan. Sometimes, what we need most is a space where we can be fully ourselves—raw, overwhelmed, in-between—and still feel held.
Coaching, to me, is about presence. It’s about having someone walk alongside you with care and curiosity, helping you hear your own inner voice more clearly. It’s not about fixing. It’s about remembering. Regulating. Reclaiming your sense of self when the world has made you question it.
My Journey Here
I didn’t plan to become a coach. I became one by necessity.
Because I needed someone like this in my own life—and often couldn’t find them.
As a trans, queer, and deeply sensitive person, I’ve spent years navigating the ache of invisibility and the pain of being too visible. I know what it’s like to feel flooded by the news, shaken by a passing comment, or weighed down by a world that wasn’t made for your softness.
In the process of learning how to hold myself with more care, I began learning how to hold others, too. Coaching became not just something I do—but an extension of who I am.
How This Work Can Help
Coaching with me won’t give you a 10-step plan to change your life overnight.
What it will give you is:
A steady, grounding presence in a chaotic world
Tools to regulate your nervous system when things feel overwhelming
A place to talk through hard moments without needing to justify your pain
Support in navigating identity, belonging, boundaries, and burnout
A reminder that your sensitivity is not a flaw—it’s a gift
Why Work With Me?
Because I don’t just get it. I live it.
I’m not here to analyze you or fix you—I’m here to walk with you through whatever you’re holding, and help you come back to your own rhythm, breath, and wisdom.
I bring both lived experience and training to this work. But most of all, I bring heart. And the ability to be fully present with you—exactly as you are.
