Hi. I’m Mia Alvidrez (she/her/ella)

I hold space for sensitive souls—those who feel the weight of the world deeply in their bodies and hearts. If you’re trans, queer, a person of color, or simply someone who absorbs the energy around you like a sponge, you might know what it’s like to carry invisible bruises from things most people don’t even notice.

Maybe you’ve found yourself unraveling after reading one cruel comment online. Maybe your workplace feels like walking on eggshells. Maybe loneliness, anxiety, or a quiet ache has been sitting with you for longer than you'd like to admit.

This isn’t therapy. I don’t diagnose, fix, or promise transformation. What I offer is something simpler, and in some ways more ancient—presence, compassion, and practical tools for tending to your nervous system and spirit when the world stings.

Not to harden you, but to help you soften in ways that feel safe.
Not to escape the world, but to meet it without losing yourself.

You don’t have to go it alone.

Support for when the world feels like too much, and you need a soft place to land.

My Story

There was a time when I felt like the world wasn’t built for someone like me.
As a sensitive, queer, and trans person, I’ve known what it’s like to carry the ache of invisibility—and the sting of being too visible. I’ve had days where just stepping outside felt like too much, where online spaces left me raw, and where work environments quietly chipped away at my sense of safety and worth. I've sat with the weight of anxiety, the fog of depression, and the deep, aching loneliness that comes from feeling like no one else gets it.
I didn’t become a coach because I had it all figured out. I became a coach because I’ve walked through the fire, and I know how much it means to have someone walk beside you.
My work is grounded in deep listening, nervous system care, and the belief that healing doesn’t mean changing who you are—it means learning to come home to yourself, again and again. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in supporting people to remember their softness is not a weakness. It’s a strength.
If you’re tired, overwhelmed, or just need someone to remind you that you’re not broken—you’re not alone.
I’m here, and I get it.
